The Ed Kaplan Family Institute for Innovation and Tech Entrepreneurship has invited a guest speaker: Jack Boepple, an industry-experienced project manager who previously served as an adjunct professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Boepple will discuss five concepts:

1. Charter—Articulate the destination
2. Crowd Control—Work together efficiently
3. Project Planning—Draw a map to the destination
4. Pareto Principle (80/20 rule)—Set the right priorities
5. Lessons Learned—Gain insight from success and failure
