Generative artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT are being widely used, but often falsify information (a process known as “hallucinating”). For this reason, many publishers and funders restrict the use of AI. This workshop will discuss publisher and funder restrictions and demonstrate different AI tools and techniques that can be used by researchers. This workshop can be attended in person or online and will take place on Thursday, March 6, from 12:45–1:30 p.m. in the Galvin Library’s Library Learning Center. Registration is required for online attendance.
