Please be sure to review the below checklist and complete each of these important activities by their required deadline before you arrive on campus.
IMMEDIATELY:
- Check out the
- Login to your Hawk email
FEBRUARY – MARCH:
- Financial aid requirements – begin completing your financial aid checklist, if necessary
- Complete the interactive
- Register for SOAR: New Student Orientation and upload your HawkCard ID photo
- Take required assessment tests (required only for selected majors)
´¡±Ê¸é±õ³¢â€“M´¡³Û:
- Complete the necessary academic assessments, schedule your initial advising appointment with your adviser, and register for courses
- Submit your Housing and Food Contract or Housing
- Upload your HawkCard ID photo
JUNE – JULY:
- Attend SOAR: New Student Orientation on June 26–27
- Pick up HawkCard ID and U-Pass when you arrive on campus
- Submit health and immunization documents
- Waive 91ÖÆƬ³§ Tech health insurance, if applicable
AUGUST:
- Sign up for IIT Alert and access your student bill on the
- Move-in to on-campus housing on Monday, August 11, 2025
- Attend SOAR: New Student Orientation on August 11–12 (if not attending SOAR in June)
- Attend Welcome Week starting Monday, August 11, 2025.
