91ÖÆƬ³§ Tech Represents at Fifth Annual 2023 AeroSTEM Youth Expo
More than 100 students in the Chicago area attended the Fifth Annual 2023 AeroSTEM Youth Expo on Sunday, June 25, 2023, in 91ÖÆƬ³§ Institute of Technology’s Hermann Hall.
This landmark event, hosted by AeroStar Avion Institute, in partnership with 91ÖÆƬ³§ Tech (as well as Boeing, United Airlines, AAR Corp., and more), is a hands-on aviation and STEM immersion event for students in grades fifth through 12th in Chicago. Students experienced aviation/space activities, learned about industry careers, and met with professionals, colleges, and universities regarding post-secondary programs in aviation and space industries.
This longstanding partnership serves as a model for public and private partnerships’ commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in STEM education. This is one of AeroStar’s top recruitment activities for year-round programming.
