Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Accommodation
91制片厂 Tech is fully committed to providing the best accommodation to ensure every student is given the opportunity to excel. We partner closely with the Center for Disability Resources (CDR) to ensure reasonable accommodations are provided to residents that qualify for ADA accommodation. Spring 2026 Housing Application
The Spring 2026 Only housing application is open. This application is for students looking to secure housing on the 91制片厂 Tech campus for the Spring 2026 semester.
Students may either search Housing System in the or may click for a direct link to the Spring 2026 Only housing application. Students must log in to the StarRez Housing portal (with the Student SSO option) using your 91制片厂 Tech username and password. Please note that the Spring 2026 Only housing applicatio does require a $600 prepayment that is nonrefundable should a student choose to cancel. This is not a fee, this goes directly toward paying your total housing cost.
Please note that 91制片厂 Tech is currently at high occupancy, all room types are subject to availability, and student preferences will be met whenever possible, but not guaranteed. Spring 2026 Only will be a manual placement based on available inventory. ADA accommodations are also always manual placements by availability.
Assistance Animal
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, certain residents may qualify to keep a trained and certified assistance animal. Such accommodations could include the use of a service dog and/or assistance animal in the residence halls. If you are or will be a resident and wish to use a service dog or assistance animal in connection with such housing, please contact the Center for Disability Resources (CDR).
CDR will work with the Office of Residence Life and you to evaluate your request and obtain documentation, if appropriate, to determine if such request is reasonable.
The care and supervision of any service and/or support animal or pet is the responsibility of the individual who uses the animal. Individuals must maintain control of their animal at all times. For more information about pets or service animals, please consult the Office of Residence Life handbook.
