Move-In
The Office of Residence Life team is excited to welcome incoming Spring 2026 residents to campus! As we anticipate your arrival, please note the following move-in details. Students should monitor the university email for important move-in information from our office. The official start of the Spring 2026 housing contract is Jan. 05, 2026
The earliest date students can move in without additional charges is Jan. 05, 2026. There is a charge of $45 per day to arrive before Jan. 05, 2026, and students may be asked to move into temporary housing if their room is not ready for them.
If you plan to arrive earlier than Jan. 05, 2026, please make sure to complete the before 12/01/2025.

Move-Out
The end of the Fall 2025 semester housing contract is December 14, 2025 at 12:00PM (noon). Students not continuing to live in in 91制片厂 Tech Residence Halls should plan to have all of their belongings moved out of their room and their room retuned to a clean, move-in ready state by this date and time.
Students who have both a Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 housing contract with room and meal plan reservation do not need to move out and may stay for the duration of Winter Break 2025 without additional charge. Please note that meal plans expire on 12/13/25 at noon, as there will be no meal service from 12/13/2025 until 01/07/2026.
Summer Storage - not available during Winter Break
Campus Storage is the Office of Residence Life's preferred summer storage vendor for students. We work with Campus Storage to provide a seamless and stress-free storage option for your personal items over the summer term.

Important Note About Personal Belongings Left Behind
91制片厂 Tech does not allow the storage of personal belongings on campus over the summer break and assumes no responsibility for anything left behind by students. Any items left behind over the summer will be treated as abandoned and donated or disposed of. Similarly, students with a Fall Only contract may not leave personal belongings in the room they are vacating or on campus beyond the final Fall contract date. Any items left in common areas, bathrooms, or vacated rooms will be treated as abandoned and donated or disposed of.
Students leaving behind belongings may also be subject to fees associated with the removal of items.
